this song talks about the pain and struggles of losing someone you love, which still hurts to this day. sometimes music is the best way to get the pain out, and make all the real world problems disappear for a little while. 
I wrote this song to help relieve myself and find my direction.

In this episode of the Pain Exam Podcast, Dr. David Rosenblum provides a comprehensive review of herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), focusing on pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment options. Dr. Rosenblum explains that postherpetic neuralgia affects approximately 25% of patients with acute herpes zoster, causing debilitating unilateral chronic pain in one or more dermatomes. He discusses the three phases of herpes zoster: acute (up to 30 days), subacute (up to 3 months), and postherpetic neuralgia (pain continuing beyond 3 months). Dr. Rosenblum identifies risk factors for developing PHN, including older age, female sex, immunosuppression, prodromal pain, severe rash, and greater acute pain severity. He details the pathophysiology involving peripheral and central sensitization, and explains different phenotypes of PHN that can guide treatment approaches. For treatment, Dr. Rosenblum reviews various options including antiviral medications (which should be started within 72 hours of onset), corticosteroids, opioids, antidepressants (particularly tricyclics and SNRIs), antiepileptics (gabapentin and pregabalin), topical agents (lidocaine and capsaicin), and interventional procedures such as epidural injections and pulsed radiofrequency. He emphasizes that prevention through vaccination with Shingrix is highly effective, with 97% effectiveness in preventing herpes zoster in patients 50-69 years old and 89% effectiveness in those over 70. Dr. Rosenblum mentions that he's currently treating a patient with trigeminal postherpetic neuralgia and is considering a topical sphenopalatine ganglion block as a minimally invasive intervention before attempting more invasive procedures.

"Cared" Freestyle

I've been thinking about releasing music for years now.. but I finally felt ready to do so, and this is the 1st song of a whole lot more to come. It felt right to start with something vulnerable, yet powerful. Describes me well. Also - I've said it before - but I think we've all (at least once) felt the need for someone/something bigger than ourselves to help carry us with some of the weight that we've all been bearing. In the 1st verse I express myself from that perspective, and in the 2nd verse I take the stance of the 'carrier'. We can be both once we learn how to surrender to whatever it is that we're going through.

Peer - Carry My Pain

Ich schreibe gerne was ich denke, fühle und erlebe. Das Schreiben hilft mir, Erlebnisse einzuordnen und zu verarbeiten. 
Gefühlen eine Melodie zu geben ist etwas wunderbares. So kann ich Erinnerungen verewigen. 
Schreiben bringt Klarheit. Die Melodie dazu transportiert die Botschaft ins Herz.
Es ist ein bisschen Selbsttherapie
In erster Linie tue ich es um einen Ausgleich zu haben, also für mich selbst.
Die Texte sind direkt und frisch aus dem Herzen. Wenn ich aber jemand erreiche, der genauso fühlt wie ich, und damit jemanden berühre, freut es mich umso mehr.

Da ich nicht gut singen kann und sonst auch nicht der musikalischste bin, nutze ich eine KI für die Melodie und die Stimme.

Dj Catch 22 is making music since 1995. He started producing Rap with a schoolmate. They did it together during the schooltime with the name Das Erzähler Projekt. But their ways devided after schooltime. Dj Catch 22 connected with DNS and NUKE and they made a long time rap-music as the Willich Chillaz. The schoolmate from thence is now popular in the acid-techno-scene with the name Sorgenkint. Also the ways of the Willich Chillaz splitted after a lot of gigs and many albums. DNS and NUKE connected with Michelmann und dem Party Bass Mob. They have a lot of projects among others with Dj Tomekk, Frauenarzt and Dj Mr. Mixx. Dj Catch 22 began his studies in the year 2008 and to finance this he played at weekends in nightclubs but also at other events for an in NRW established event-company. But in the near future we can expect a lot of new stuff. A new homepage, an update of the myspace-page, youtube-videos, a lot of new mixtapes of different styles and above all new selfmade tracks and remixes are planned.
