The Laughing Chimes are a jangly post punk band founded by brothers Evan and Quinn Seurkamp in 2020.  The group reimagines the classic jangle and college rock of bands such as REM and The Bats into a fresh sound that accompanies lyrics of ghost towns in Southeast Ohio.

I have recently experienced a musical resurgence from bands of my generation reforming.  This has inspired me to create my own music while also playing covers as a tribute to the many songs that provided the soundtrack to my life.
