The first official trailer and Superbowl Spot dropped earlier this month, and there's alot to cover. Lots more speculation, theories, and more! Louis and team definitely delivered on the trailer for Fast X. The connection to Fast Five leads me to think we will see Paul Walker's Brian return, plus I have an idea how to incorporate Vince into the plot. There's so much to go over, would love to hear from you!

All Roads Lead to X - Forever Fast Podcast #32

Why would Cipher suddenly want to protect Dom and his family? Why did Jakob sacrifice himself when he could have simply fired the cannons at the oncoming enemy or arranged to hop in Dom's car? How did Dante and crew get those bombs on the dam so quickly, as they didn't know about Portugal until he steals the God's Eye? Why was Grandma Toretto introduced so late in the game, yet never seen again? Fate of Brian, Mia and their kids?

FAST X looks great on the big screen, but keep in mind those clips you see of the fights and action in the trailers and spots are the full scenes. While it's certainly another entertaining chapter, I picked it apart like I recently did The Fate of The Furious - and there's still some loose ends and creative decisions I wasn't sold on. What was Lin's original outline for the story, and its sequel?

FAST X is full of thrills, style and nonsense! - Forever Fast Podcast #33

Vaya Con Dios Paul Walker and Roger Rodas. This episode we reflect on the 10 years since we lost Paul and Roger, my theory about Dante and Dom having the same mom, and more! I'm sure we'll learn more about the upcoming 'Hobbs' spinoff that will bridge 10 and 11, hopefully a teaser or premise will drop soon! I wonder if Luke will be killed off or put in a coma, but the latter would be too close to what happened in the aftermath of his fight with Deckard in Furious 7. I don't think he should sit out 11 and or 12.

De derde aflevering van het vijfde seizoen van Cinepraatjes, de podcast van Cinemaatjes. Het is alweer zo’n 23 dagen geleden dat we een podcast hadden opgenomen en William heeft ook nog eens last van z’n rug, maar William was ook gewoon op vakantie. Er zijn een aantal mensen uit de filmindustrie dood gegaan. Met Cinemaatjes zitten we in de Halloween-maand en doen we weer Oc2ber, waarin we steeds een deel twee uit een horrorreeks doen. De eerste film is Scream 2 en JP heeft een mooi verhaal over het Scream-masker. We hebben het ook kort over de Nederlandse actrice Tilly Norwood. Marino heeft weer een prachtig sonnet geschreven over een film. We zijn samen naar de bioscoop geweest om de nieuwe Nederlandse horrorfilm ‘Vleesdag’ te kijken. JP zag ook de nieuwe Dracula film van Luc Besson en William gaf de film ‘Joy Ride’ na 24 jaar toch nog een kans. We trokken de klassieker ‘Sunset Boulevard’ uit de kast, die we beiden niet hebben gezien. In de Special gaan we verder met de Elm Street franchise en zijn bij het vijfde deel ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street - The Dream Child’ en we beantwoorden natuurlijk ook weer vragen van luisteraars over o.a. animatiefilms uit de jaren 70 en 80, films waarvan er één scene kan worden verwijderd of ingekort, bij welke filmopnames we graag hadden willen zijn, de Kijkwijzer en verkeersborden. Veel luisterplezier!
