Pain is something we all have experienced to some degree in our life, and everyone would admit they do not like pain or would like to try and minimize pain as much as possible. One aspect of pain that gets overlooked is unknown causes of pain that result in fear and suffering from the pain. once someone knows the what, why to their pain it is much more easy to understand. In this Podcast I start on a long journey to help you understand better what is pain what causes  it and what makes it worse and what helps it go away. This first part will cover primarily what pain is and what types of pain there are and what is the difference between chronic pain and acute pain and why does acute pain sometimes result in chronic pain. I will also explain in this three part podcast what other systems of the body affect severity of pain rating and what you can do to improve your pain and get back to a life you love living with less pain.
