This album is from a live performance by The Electric Situation at Howlers Coyote Café, recorded and mixed by Bengt Alexander. This is the first of two recordings by Bengt at Howlers, and is the best representation of the band's sound (as a studio album was never completed). This recording and the 06/09/2011 Howlers album remain the definitive versions of The Electric Situation.

From Lincoln's county seat, where the wheat grows gold and uniform, ThinWhiteJukebox cast his life-raft adrift to the north sea winds, and landed on the shores of the low country.


Today he resides in and around the beautiful city of Utrecht, from where his scattered troubador mind creates his unique fusion of tender melancholia, folk, lo-fi, psychedelia, electronica. 

Forged under the influence of Neil Young, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Grandaddy, The Flaming Lips, The Beach Boys, David Bowie, Spiritualized, Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, Tom Waits, Syd Barrett, The Smiths, The Kinks, Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty, Daniel Johnson, Primal Scream, Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, Feist and many others.

Boiled Brain Noise knows what reality really is and tries to open up peoples mind with mind opening sounds to help others.

Andy Voltz (Vocals/Guitar) and Charles Krah (Drums) joined randomly in the wake of the break-up of their previous project with an improv acoustic song No Context (Flawed). Thomas Anthony (Bass) joined soon after and went from PD's Pub open mic to headlining Howlers and Club Cafe. The group is currently on extended hiatus mainly due to distance (Tom is somewhere in Asia, no one really knows).
