I took a simple 8-bar electric bass sample, two drum loops and then played acoustic guitar on top of that and electric guitar on top of that. 

Added SoundGoodizer, flangus and PM EQ on the acoustic and then EQ and overdrive on the electric guitar + a couple other lil tweaks.

Chord Progression is Bm, A, Asus, E, w/ light piddling in between. 

Stay tune as this is the instrumental and first version, there will be  a couple renditions likely and soon probably one to include lyrics and one to include lead guitar riffing. Enjoy tho :)
