As an early elementary educator, she has nearly ten years of teaching experience. Dania is passionate about building equitable, curiosity-driven STEM and math learning experiences for Black and Brown students. 
She is also a creator and community storyteller. Dania co-hosts the Queer Perspectives Podcast, where she uplifts queer voices, explores identity, and turns lived experience into meaningful community conversation.
