Post-Ceremony Integration Dance | Ibiza, 2024

MEDICINES LOVE DANCING. While working for several years with both sacred medicines and conscious dance, I can confidently say that transformation is just as likely to occur through "alegria" as it is through pain. I strongly believe that suffering is not necessary for growth (see: religions). My message to the world will always be that we can evolve through shared happiness.

Nak (my soul-brother and first shamanista) and I intuitively decided to create the morning ecstatic dance after the medicine ceremony in Ibiza. Initially, in the room, tired from sleepless nights and deep processes, we questioned if the idea was right. However, we pushed forward because we believed we had committed to it for a reason.

To our surprise, the dance turned out to be an excellent integration process, perhaps the most effective we have ever experienced. It makes complete sense to incorporate somatic experiences and body memory instead of relying on words and turning our attention back to the mind.

What started as an experiment and intuitive collaboration may very well become a regular tool for post-ceremony integration. I highly recommend it to all psychonauts and shamanistas. I am certain that you all would agree that MEDICINES LOVE DANCING. ✨
