the last song I wrote for the album, maybe in 2020 when I was living at my parent's house in Yuma after graduating university and feeling entirely directionless. I would sit at home all day and hang out with the dogs and play my mom's upright piano. It didn't even rain once the entire 6 months. Two excellent tracks make up this strong EP, always focused on the dance floor, creating great emotional moments in different parts of each track. 'Polite Words' is the first track on this EP and leaves us with the feeling that the beats and melodies are always running through our bodies with some hypnotism in the mix. In turn, the other track called 'Sympathetic Mouth' begins to run through our minds with a crescendo clap and a torn sound with a piercing and graceful bass that follows the pattern of sounds that emerge until the central break of the song, after everything changes again and a powerful string with a filtered drum is added.
