The song "Coons" by DJ FaceCrook (rapping) and Kevin Gardner (singing vocals and chorus) is a politically charged hip-hop track that critiques Black individuals perceived as betraying their community by aligning with conservative, right-wing, or white supremacist ideologies. The track is a scathing indictment of Black figures who align with oppressive systems for personal gain, portraying them as traitors to racial progress. The repeated hook ("Look at the coons, always coonin' for you") reinforces the idea of performative loyalty to white power structures. The catchy, almost playful chorus contrasts with the venomous verses, mirroring how "coon" behavior can seem harmless (or entertaining) while having damaging consequences.
DJ FaceCrook’s aggressive flow vs. Kevin Gardner’s melodic vocals creates a push-pull effect—like the tension between respectability and rebellion. The song is deliberately provocative, using slurs and stereotypes to shock listeners into confronting complicity.
It aligns with a tradition of Black radical critique (e.g., Public Enemy, Killer Mike) but with a modern, trap-influenced sound.
Final Take:
"Coons" is a polemical strike against Black conservatism, grift, and internalized racism. It’s less a "call to unity" and more a public shaming of those the artists view as race traitors.

Again, the theme behind "Code of Chains" is to be aware that if unregulated, AI can be used by tech billionaires to ultimately subjugate us. This danger cannot and should not be ignored.
