Sun breaths is a simple energizing breathing technique that is appropriate for everyone, especially beginners and those who have a hard time sitting still in their pranayama and meditation practice. 

Sun Breaths  - Energizing Pranayama to Start Your Day (No Music)

I was recently asked to create a composition to aid meditation. This is the result. Besides its artistic value, it also aids in regulating breathing. The gong strikes indicate the inhalation and exhalation, and the drum pulse counts the seconds. Five seconds for the inhalation and five seconds for the exhalation. The composition lasts an hour and is designed to be played on a loop. Enjoy.
