Italian record label Pregnant Void, run by Simone Gatto, welcomes back fellow Italian producer and DJ Cleptophonic for his second LP, 'Segreti di Un Viaggiatore.' As in the previous LP, he shows his mastery of the collage technique - both in sound and images - to create an experimental electronic, ambient, and trip-hop album with a singular sound that puts together pieces of life.

The fourteen-track album closes with a beautiful track, 'Who Do You Love,' which we are premiering today. "Who Do You Love" is a standout composition, with its trip-hop beat and captivating piano melody perfectly complementing the melancholic and reflective tone of the track. The track is an instant earworm that will stick with you long after you've finished listening.

'Segreti di Un Viaggiatore’ is coming out on May 12 via Pregnant Void.

Originally from South Italy, Simone Gatto is an eclectic and versatile DJ and composer who explores electronic music to find dynamic sources of emotions, memories and energy and use them as a bridge to connect with people. With his philosophical background, Simone has specialized in musicotherapy and meditative practices to achieve inner well-being as well as alleviate or heal any wound. Simone is also the owner of the renowned Out Electronic Recordings and Pregnant Void.

Our premiere for today, "Variant," takes the spotlight as an ethereal and mesmerizing snippet captured during the live set at Hypnose Room during this year's La Nature festival. The collaborative efforts of Kato de Vidts and J Noon shine through as they skillfully blend soft, otherworldly pads, lush piano melodies, and tranquil strings, seamlessly transporting listeners into an interdimensional meditative state. 

Scheduled for release on August 15 via the Pregnant Void record label, “Beams of Light” is an impressive showcase of creativity and talent from its contributing artists.

Premiere: Simone Gatto - The Ego Envelope

Through overwhelming days and times of strife, an emphasis to look inwards and reflect seems appropriate. Outside stressors abound, almost at every turn it seems as the world claws at your mental stability. Italian producer, dj and more, Simone Gatto’s forthcoming Invisible Love album on his own Pregnant Void imprint marks a response to these negative forces. Giving space, soft moments of introspection and smooth melodies that all lend well to its healing nature.

Like a deep breath, The Secret of Quantum Life slowly begins. In and out, in and out. The meditative nature can’t be ignored, Simone’s background influences coming through in spades as warm tones envelop the listener, accentuated by generative warbles providing movement and spontaneity. As the track progresses, varying swirls and melodic eddies appear, like changes in the wind.

Gatto’s Invisible Love album will be released on the 7th of February.
