M'Z, is a solo project shaped by a wide variety of music :
Canterbury, Progressive, Rock in opposition, Metal, Electronica, Space rock, Noise, Jazz, free-rock, Ambient, Psyche, Heavy, Punk, Drum'n bass...

My name is Mathieu Torres and I am also a guitarist and composer in various artistic projects:

The driving idea of ​​this particular project is to create parallels between poetic or philosophical concepts and music, without setting aesthetic barriers.

"Prisme" the first album, made the link between Colors, feelings and Music,

"La Civilisation de la Graine" the third was a musical reflection on the essence of our patriarchal organizations and our tendency to organize ourselves into civilizations, certainly elegant but undeniably unjust, ephemeral, violent and rickety. 8 pieces to try to analyze these phenomena.

And finally 'Emancipés du Vides ?'(emancipated from the void?) The fourth album, is a melancholic reflection on our emotional abysses, on the difficulty of extricating ourselves from our various attractions for nothingness, our inability to look at the mental waste that we produce without going through the guilt box, a critique of normalization, of the conformism of the hollow positivism praised by our overly marketed minds in search of the fastest path to "A Meaning". Finally, it symbolizes the vital necessity of finding our lost naivety.

Vétéran de la scène psychédélique montréalaise et DJ depuis 1985, Adityo a été un acteur clé dans l’essor du mouvement rave et de la trance Goa à Montréal. Dans les années 1990, il s’est imposé comme une figure majeure, aidant à définir et à façonner cette scène vibrante. Aujourd’hui, il explore de nouveaux horizons créatifs et se consacre à l’écriture de nouvelles imprégnées de magie et de mystère.

A veteran of Montreal’s psychedelic scene and a DJ since 1985, Adityo played a pivotal role in the rise of the rave movement and Goa trance in the city. In the 1990s, he became a defining figure, helping shape and energize this vibrant scene. Today, he explores new creative paths, dedicating himself to writing short stories infused with magic and mystery.

Compositeur guitariste autodidacte, Mika Luna s'est construit grâce à l'improvisation et la découverte de divers styles musicaux (classic rock, musique classique, latine, folk... ). Très tôt son intérêt se porte vers la composition, la musique adaptée à la vidéo, la construction d'un univers qui est le sien. Il apprend alors, toujours en autodidacte, la basse, la batterie, les percussions, le chant, le clavier, le travail de production, de mixage et de réalisation musicale. Il a joué aux côtés d'Inna Modja, Manu Dibango, Djammel Debbouze, Alain Chabat, et Elli Medeiros.
On a récemment pu l'entendre aux côtés du groupe de glamrock Fancy (tournée france et Indonésie). Avec son partenaire Gystère, il a développé un concept musical de rock progressif dont ils ont réalisé un court métrage sélectionné dans des festivals tels que "cinémabrut", le "festival international du film autoproduit" ou encore "Blacks to the future".
Il a conçu avec la célèbre harpiste Anja Linder un spectacle en duo harpe et guitare électrique dans lequel ils interprètent notamment des musiques d'Ennio Morricone, de Vladimir Cosma et des compositions de Mika Luna.
Sa direction artistique est personnelle, liée autant à ses influences musicales qu'à sa spiritualité et ses croyances qu'il intègre naturellement dans la structure et les vibrations de ses compositions. L'écoute devient une connexion à soi.
