when creating this the different project, it was important for me to express battles we all face in life; from relationship issues, self rivalry issues, or both. looking through my lens, LIFELESS relationships have consumed and wasted a lot of my time. time is the one thing in life we can't get back. WHEN IM GONE i simply CANT PROMISE that i'll ever give the same version of myself. it was time to shift my mindset, to place where i my life on DND, can take the time to reconstruct my upper attic with no distractions. i have finally reached a place where it's BETTER NOW....ALL OF A SUDDEN everything's imaginable.

LIFELESS

This one has been a long time coming… Towards the end of the life changing year 2020, Ayodeji Balogun, known and loved by many as Wizkid, delivered an undisputed classic. What many now consider his magnum opus, hits such as Ginger and Essence have stormed charts and impacted the culture in a major way. Three years later with a deluxe version (a great one at that) and a follow up album (we’ll get to that one…) we brought in our Naija correspondent Ohiz to finally sit down and talk about: Made In Lagos!
