Originally hailing from the UK and currently based in Rotterdam, Psalm Trees developed his love for records digging deep in the crates for samples. What grew out of that endeavour was a never-ending journey into traveling the world discovering new, old music with a focus on rare, privately pressed grooves. Over the years he has released several instrumental hiphop-albums with well established labels within the beat-scene, making him a well-known name in the genre. His sound has a both a blissful and melancholic feel to it with carefully selected samples ranging from soul, jazz, gospel and Brazilian grooves. 

In this 34th episode of Podcats, the result we get is a short but sweet journey in sound with an ode to the sunshine.  Enjoy!

The third volume of our House Blends series is here, including some great talent from around the world. Our vision for these, since they go out of the ordinary style with a bit of an uptempo approach is just to relax outside with the homies and have a good time. 

All artists included on the tape has been invited for their individual sound & unique production – Starting off the release with some smooth grooves and getting more and more into, I truly hope you will enjoy this one and we’re very thankful for the support on the previous tapes that’s been featured in various outlets such as Soulection Radio and the Sushi Club LA.
