Nyboe has created a mix of some of his favorite records from all around the world ranging from the 60’s to last year, focusing on old Library Music records, Jazz-Funk, Psychedelic Rock, Ethio-Jazz, Afro-Carribean, Cumbia, even some old pop songs and way more. 

Being from Denmark, Nyboe also sprinkles some Danish tunes in among the 39 unique tracks selected for the mix. 7 songs to be exact, for example some hidden gems from some of Denmark’s biggest pop-groups from the 60’s and 70’s like Nina & Frederik, Shu-Bi-Dua and Shit & Chanel. The other Danish artists include jazz from Athletic Progression, Highlife / Afro-Funk from Addisabababand, Latin-Funk from Alex Puddu and Instrumental Hip Hop from Dafuniks.

So get inspired through 39 uniquely selected records from Nyboe’s vinyl collection mixed together for a one hour long journey through sound.

🌸🌺🌷The Flowers 💐🌼🌻 Super rare record from the unique jazz/psych/rock band that emerged in early 70s Iran. A record we love so much that we had to team up to get you up and dancing with their joyful rhythms. While the English title on the cover "The Flowrs" is very likely a typo, we just like to think the band was too hip for its time 🕺 While they only ever released a single solo record with 2 songs, they are also credited as the orchestra in a 2nd vinyl release in Iran with Turkish singer "Ay Feri". We hope you enjoy the tune as much as we do

A rare unique pysch-pop gem from the depths of Iran's 'Filmfarsi' cinema. Surely subject to controversy at the time (and perhaps even now), Tila's sensual performance and Manteghi's lyrics, are unlike anything else heard in popular Iranian music - a phenomenon even made crazier by the fact that legendary composer Anoushirvan Rohani was behind the groovy arrangement (although mysteriously, there is no composer credit listed). Tila has a few soundtrack records to her name, as well as a few funky duets alongside Zia Atabay. Not much else is known about her career. Enjoy 🍒

Benjamin is nonchalant and willing to risk everything find his destiny. Billy, anxious and lost, tries to hold on tight to his buddy. But to no avail, as this only pulls them further down this unknown territory. Who is right and who is wrong? That’s a question that remains uncovered.
