Max Bunte’s taste is rooted in music that blurs the lines between rhythm, atmosphere, and experimentation. He gravitates toward sounds that build in layers—grooves that hypnotize, textures that breathe, and songs that stay strange no matter how many times you return to them.

He’s drawn to music that feels alive—restless, curious, and impossible to pin down. His work as Nomadin channels that same spirit: meditative but sharp-edged, rhythmic yet unpredictable, always circling around the question rather than the answer.

Hello there! I'm a creative musician, artist, and software developer based in Gmunden, a picturesque town in Upper Austria. I'm excited to introduce you to my latest project, NUHIPO, which I launched in 2021.

Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of artists such as Tame Impala, MGMT, and Daft Punk, my music is characterized by dry drum sounds, vintage synth tones, and infectious basslines. To craft these grooves, I often turn to my trusty black Höfner Bass.

When you listen to my music and explore my artwork, the word "NUHIPO" can mean anything you want it to. It's a term I coined to describe the unique feelings and emotions that my creations evoke.
