🎶 Möchtest du einen psychedelischen Trip erleben ohne Substanzen zu nehmen? Tauche ein in eine transformative Atemerfahrung mit der Expertise von unserer Psychologin Roxana (SoundCloud @r-x-j-z) und den hypnotischen Beats von Xenia3000. Diese Session hilft dir, innere Blockaden zu lösen, Stress abzubauen und in tiefere Bewusstseinsebenen einzutauchen. 
✨ Du könntest Wärme, Kälteschauer, Kribbeln, Krämpfe oder das Gefühl des Schwebens spüren. Bitte trage bequeme Kleidung und vermeide es, 1,5 Stunden vor der Session schwere Mahlzeiten zu essen.  
🧘‍♀️ Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Die Atemübungen finden in sitzender Position statt (Sofa, Bett oder Boden/Yogamatte, kein Stuhl), mit der Möglichkeit, sich jederzeit hinzulegen. Los geht’s mit einer kurzen Warm-up Meditation. Dann starten wir mit einem Zyklus aus schnellem, rhythmischem Atmen (Nase ein, Mund aus). Von der Schnelligkeit her sollte sich das eher wie Joggen als Entspannung anfühlen. Danach gehen wir in den Atemausstand. Halte den Atem nur so lange aus, wie es sich gut für dich anfühlt (Roxana leitet Dich mit einer Durchschnittdauer für den Atemausstand an). Halte den Atem dann für 10 Sekunden ein – bevor der nächste Zyklus beginnt. 
🌙 Zum Abschluss legen wir uns hin für Shavasana und lassen alles nachwirken. Diese Praxis eignet sich auch vor dem Schlafengehen.
