Anothr World Podcast 04 - Bastian Sevens

Born and raised in Italy since ‘98, Pyramidal Decode is the pseudonym of a Techno polyhedral producer.
He started DJing as a young teenager and began producing techno works as well as playing other more classical instruments.
In 2017 he created Pyramidal Decode releasing his tracks in labels such as Subsist records, DeadCert rec, Labrynth, Parabola records and many others.
His music is hard to confine in one genre, but it spaces out between ambient techno and hard industrial. It comes out as a hypnotic trip that he uses to lead the dancefloor to further places. 
2020 and 2021 have been years of major evolution in Pyramidal Decode’s production, he released his works on Axis, Edit Select, Modularz, Dynamic Reflection, B55, Hard Tools rec, and more.

Submersive Podcast 117 - PYRAMIDAL DECODE (Axis, Modularz, Dynamic Reflection, Edit Select)

Born and raised in Italy since ‘98, Pyramidal Decode is the pseudonym of a Techno polyhedral producer.
His music has been defined as relentless and precise, characterized by intense percussion and analogue sparks, it also has dub influences but it ends up as a twisted, dark and hypnotic voyage.
2020 and 2021 have been years of major evolution in Pyramidal Decode’s production, he released on Edit Select, Modularz, Dynamic Reflection, B55, Hard Tools rec, and more…
2022 has been the best year of his production yet, starting off with a 10 track album named ‘Cosmic Paradox’ on Jeff Mill’s Axis Recordings, published at the end of February. He also confirmed his presence on Dynamic Reflection by Abstract Division, releasing his second solo EP "Dysfunctional System”. While his name was spreading in European clubs, his tracks were released on Faut Section, followed by the track ‘Ghera’, his first vinyl on End Of Perception.
At the end of November ‘Logical Inference’ had been released in Oscar Mulero’s Warm Up, a solo EP composed of 7 tracks that closed his 10th year of production.

Unconscious Bias LP will be out on September 4th.

Pyramidal Decode - Hidden

On this fifth and final instalment of the Time Crystals series, GDB takes the first turn with a fierce track, fittingly called Saw; its driving fundament alternated with rousing synths. Pyramidal Decode’s second track provides a break from the four to the flour patterns, before handing over to old friend of the label Uun, whose Seeking the End is a true peak time banger.

Polish Szmer has the honor to provide not only this EP’s last track but also for this entire series. He does so in the form of SEQ3, a track that embodies what Dynamic Reflections 15-year discography stands for in the first place: artists from all corners of the world, young and old, respecting what generations before them have built up while turning it into something new.

Eye of Agamotto is part of Dynamic Reflection’s 15 year anniversary celebration: Time Crystals. This is the last of the five EP’s. Own all five and an all new, visual piece of art will appear.

Phyr Records meaning "fire" from the Greek word "pyro" is a new label by Italy's Pyramidal Decode and debut release 'Compounds VA' features four original tracks by label head Pyramidal Decode, PWCCA, Irazu & Unkle Fon and Oliver Rosemann.

Since adopting his current moniker in 2017, he has released powerful tracks on esteemed labels including Jeff Mills' Axis, Oscar Mulero's Warm Up, Bas Mooy's Mord, Svreca's Semantica amongst many other influential techno labels.

For this DT:Premiere we selected his track "Resistenza" with a raw and menacing style. Cyclical rhythms, pulsing textures and engrossing sound design create a tornado of power and trippy atmospherics in this exceptional contemporary cut.

Pyramidal Decode - Closer EP IW032 out !!

“I am a producer but I feel more like a sound researcher. I like to research new environments, new sonic realms.” In this statement, Italian producer Pyramidal Decode, the focus of this new episode of DYSTOPIA, sums up not only his personal musical methodology but also captures the essence of what techno is: not music but the sculpting of abstract sonic impulses. In this episode, we explore firstly how the intersection of the abstract core of techno with the overt expressivity of Latin cultures has created a powerful techno variant that is now dominant in the global scene. At the apex of this creative movement is Pyramidal Decode, whose own productions embody a wildly experimental, mesmerising, yet utterly concrete, manifestation of what techno can be. He shares with us the background to his unique artist name, his motivations to make techno, the reasons behind his prolific creative output, as well as his newfound position as owner of his new record label PHYR.
