Soy yo. Sí, el de la bufanda y las espadas... Me apetecía hablaros en primera persona. Lo que voy a contar no es en absoluto extraordinario o heroico, pero de todas formas considero que merece ser transmitido. 

Veréis, en Crystallia hay ciertos sitios a los que suelo recurrir cuando necesito un respiro, y entre ellos existe una gran playa que se extiende al pasar Finis, y antes de llegar a The Lighthouse (ya sabéis, la casa de mi hermana y su novia). Desde dicha playa, se observan las múltiples luces que las dos habían instalado como prueba de su amor... Una ñoñada, si me preguntas a mí, y a Amesynth no le pega mucho... Pero bueno, a su vez me siento feliz por ellas, ya que de alguna forma esas luces hacen de esa sección de la costa de nuestro reino un lugar digno de visitar.

Perdonad, que me voy por las ramas... La cuestión es que esta playa que os comento me atrae en particular por su soledad. Está bastante apartada de cualquier aldea o vivienda y, a pesar de su tamaño, para acceder a ella tienes que conocer de su existencia de forma previa. La anchura de sus arenas en combinación con su atmósfera, casi mágica, hacen del lugar una experiencia introspectiva... Jamás me había encontrado a nadie allí... Claro está, hasta ahora, y esta es la razón principal de que os esté dando la tabarra.

Una chica, sí. Una chica, y estaba sola, sentada en la arena. Rarísimo. Ni siquiera parecía de por aquí, a juzgar por sus ropas... Me la quedé observando un rato a cierta distancia, a ver qué hacía, pero ni se movió ni se dio cuenta de que yo estaba allí.

Transmitía melancolía. Una profunda y arraigada melancolía. Me acerqué a ella con curiosidad, porque yo también soy melancólico (si no, ¿para qué iría a un sitio como ese, de noche?). 

Ni siquiera me miró, y desde luego tampoco me saludó, pero dio una palmada en la arena a su derecha, como invitándome a sentarme. "Joder, por lo menos no soy invisible", recuerdo haber pensado. Acepté su invitación y me senté, y estuvimos un largo rato mirando las olas, iluminadas por la luna, que brillaba especialmente (y de forma un tanto extraña) esa noche. No hubo palabras, pero curiosamente la situación no fue incómoda.

De ahí a un rato, la miré. "A ti también te seduce el mar, ¿verdad?", le pregunté de forma casual, a lo que se giró y me sonrió, asintiendo levemente. Volvimos a mirar al mar en silencio unos minutos más.

Giré la cabeza para hacerle una nueva pregunta: "¿Qué te trae por aquí?" Pero ni siquiera pude terminar la frase.

La chica ya no estaba.

Probablemente nunca estuvo.
