Maybe it's because Paul & Eli are tired, maybe its because the early dark nights stir something within them or maybe it’s because their guest forgot to turn up for the recording, either way, the Cheap Chaps are in a proper mood this week. It's a big old chunky episode with TWO big competition segments. In The Price of Shite, tempers and passions flare up when Paul & Eli come to a head over the (always shoddy) rules! Paul reveals how much he hates monkeys and Eli revels in his memories of late night, low budget TV shows. Later in the episode, it's time for another Gannon's Golden Games. In this edition they tackle "Mike Reid's Pop Quiz" board game which takes them on a trip down the "1980s Radio DJs" rabbit hole. Please brace yourself accordingly.

We just hope The Queen and Sarah Greene never listen to this week's episode! PLEASE don't tell them!

Georgie is a Drum & Bass DJ and Producer based in the West Midlands. She found her passion for music in 2008 when she learned to play the drums at the age of 13. She performed regularly in a band and went on to study Music Production and Sound Engineering in college aged 17. She soon became captivated for electronic music and rave culture, this led her to discover drum and bass. 

Georgie started DJing at the end of 2019; she bought her first pair of CDJ's and became obsessed with learning the art of mixing. She began releasing guest mixes with the likes of BBC Radio 1, KISS and RINSE FM.

In January 2020, Georgie decided to start learning to produce her own music. She has been working hard in the studio crafting her sound in preparation for some exciting releases! She is inspired by artists such as Sub Focus and Dimension. Georgie's debut bassline single “Dance” was released in June (2021). Her debut drum & bass single “Take Over” will be released in February 2022 on UKF and has already had an exclusive feature on BBC Radio 1.

As a woman who has always always been involved in a male dominated industry - drumming, music technology, djing; Georgie is incredibly driven to succeed and she is hoping to inspire other women to step forward and see music as an option. She believes it is time for females to be supported within the music industry to the same extent that men are.

Georgie is racking up the bookings, supporting artists including Dimension, Kings of the Rollers, Sub Focus, Macky Gee, Kanine, amongst many others. She has received international bookings, with the prospect of an Australia and New Zealand tour on the horizon. Georgie continues to shell her sets on the UK's biggest stages alongside the industry's best.

Lloyd Scoulding and Fablu Meah coming together as 'This Culture' formerly known as 'Touché'  in 2018 but changed their name due to a clash with another act called Touche. Since the transition, This Culture has gained some serious respect from their piers and leaders of the house music scene, in a very short period of time. With passion, dedication and a huge love for house music, this crazy duo make a huge impact on anyone that is fortunate enough to come across them! 

Their first release coming out on the massively acclaimed and respected Subliminal Records with the General himself Erick Morillo taking them under his wing and already confirmed a second release which came out early in 2019 as a follow up to “What Goes UP”entitled "Now We're Talking". With their release schedule ramping up, they have also had releases on Zulu Records, WyldCard Records, Steve Aoki's sub label New Noise which is part of Dim Mak Records, Capitol Records and have just confirmed an EP on Tough Love's label 'Get Twisted' and another on Stress Records. 

One thing is for sure, you will be hearing their music in 2020, because This Culture are here to stay.
