Rain Forest Freestyle (Paul Hardcastle Remix)

Groovy midtempo latin bass booty shaker. Makes me feel like I’m in a rain forest, possibly making very slow progress (perhaps due to the booty shakin) but having a whale of a time nonetheless.

Featuring art created from a photo of an actual (Australian) rainforest that I took while I was there. I have not visited Latin America, so I suppose it’s about as authentic as the tune itself.

confluence is defined as the meeting of two or more forms to create something new and indistinct such as when rivers meet the sea, each individual part losing its identity and becoming part of a greater whole.
konfluence takes this philosophy and applies it to bass music, seamlessly fusing genres and styles into something new.

starting his bass music journey in dubstep he was quickly introduced to jungle, dub, drum n bass, tech house followed by uk funky, trap and bassline. after further years of delving into all the corners of dark dance music he could find he's landed on a sound fusing glitch hop, ghetto funk, tech house, techno and bass house with smatterings of all his earlier influences and many more. it comes together to create bass music not quite like anything you've heard before.
