I took a rare look at facebook this past spring to see if Formation Records "World of Drum and Bass" was happening this year only to find it already happened in March. Figures... While there I spotted that Mampi Swift was playing an upcoming date in Brooklyn NY. I don't like Brooklyn very much as my car was broken into there and its CPU ripped out, so I wasn't too excited. However I really do love Mampi Swift because in the early 2000s he personally sent me a double pack of his in the mail from a contest on Dogs on Acid which I likely didn't even win. He posted a contest where one had to answer what his favorite football team was. I responded "I don't like football" or something to that extent. I doubt that was the answer he was looking for. The guy is a legend, a good producer and a great human being to boot.

I would have liked to have seen him in person but it's not exactly easy for me to get to NYC for anything. So I decided to do this suite of mixes instead.

My name is Eder, a brazilian music lover, listener of different genres such as Heavy Metal, Classic Rock, Jazz, Blues and E-Music. Enthusiastic collector of the vinyl format. I'm part of two projects, 30Hz, which is focused on more violent sounds aimed at the dance floor, and Aurora Dnb, which practices atmospheric and liquid Drum'n'bass. The 30Hz project emerged in 2020 with the purpose of entertaining people with live Drum'n'Bass sets during the pandemic. In 2023 it gained greater proportions when interest in music production emerged. So far we have released an ep with Aurora Dnb on the Dnbb Records label, and confirmed with 30Hz on the labels 4jungle Records, SP Forgotten, Interferency, Tamborim Records.
