En esta primera mezcla, les llevaré en un emocionante viaje sonoro lleno de diferentes estilos de música electrónica, distintos sentimientos y sensaciones que no te dejarán indiferente. 

Durante la sesión, explorarán diferentes atmósferas y emociones, desde ritmos frenéticos y enérgicos hasta melodías más emotivas y tranquilas. He creado esta sesión mix para llevarlos en un viaje sonoro lleno de emociones y sensaciones, y espero que lo disfruten tanto como yo lo hice al crearlo.

¿QUE SIGNIFICA ETHERAL EN LA MUSICA?"Ethereal" es un término que se utiliza en la música electrónica para describir un tipo de sonido que evoca una sensación de lo sobrenatural, de lo celestial, de lo etéreo. Es una palabra que se asocia con la sensación de flotar, de estar en un estado de trance o de estar en otro plano de existencia.

En la música electrónica, el término "ethereal" se utiliza para describir una música que es muy atmosférica, con texturas etéreas y sonidos envolventes que crean un ambiente que puede ser introspectivo, melancólico, místico o hipnótico. Los artistas que trabajan con este tipo de música a menudo utilizan sintetizadores, pads y efectos de reverberación para crear un sonido que parezca provenir de otra dimensión.

La música electrónica "ethereal" a menudo se asocia con subgéneros como el ambient, el drone, el techno ambiental y el IDM (Intelligent Dance Music). Tzena and Dea team up as Bad Flatmates to deliver their Chemicals Between Us EP on newly founded label Hypnotic Sunrise. The four tracker consists out of three original tracks and a 're-shape' from Bizarre Trax beatmaker Oliver.r, who sprinkled his sound-magic on Major 2 Minor. Oliver.r's version is a frisky deep minimal take with warm percussions in the low-frequencies giving the track not only an organic feel but foremost an irresistible groove, which smoothly goes along with the array of chords - as if Deep House met Minimal in its most formidable way.

Torture the Artist - your source for contemporary electronic music

Torture the Artist is a webzine, or a magazine made for the internet, geared towards those with a passion for contemporary electronic music, with subgenres including Techno, Tech House, Deep House and Eletronica, as well as a small amount of Indie and Alternative. Founded in 2014 by Holger Breuer, a German native and lover of the arts, Torture the Artist now consists of five team members from all around the world.

In addition to publishing interviews, music reviews, DJ charts and track premieres, the webzine hosts out a  podcast series called 'art:casts'. This medium gives DJs and producers the artistic freedom to highlight their different musical styles while not being restricted by factors such as setting, and connecting them to a wider audience. 

Being in its ninth year, Torture the Artist has gained a strong and active online support group, including music enthusiasts to label managers and artists themselves, creating a cohesive community with music as their bond.
