Here's another new mix from my "Something Special" series... This time it's songs, re-edits or remixes of George Michael compiled in a 90 minutes DJ mix. On the occasion of his induction into the Hall of Fame on 03.11.23, I thought I'd pick out a few cool versions and put them in a "Something Special Mix Session". Listen to the result for yourself.... Pure good vibes, but intentionally without his Last Christmas Song.... Have fun with it

Hier mal wieder ein neuer Mix aus meiner "Something Special" Serie... Dieses Mal sind es Songs, ReEdits oder Remixes von George Michael zusammengefasst in einem 90min. DJ Mix. Anlässlich seiner Aufnahme in die Hall of Fame am 03.11.23 dachte ich mir, ich suche mir mal ein paar coole Versionen heraus und packe sie in eine "Something Special Mix Session". This mix goes from multiple genres and international music. It is eclectic with a story to tell and a vibe to be had. Raised on punk and grind in San Diego, CA - Miguelitooo developed a passion for the fluidity in the music and nightlife of the underground, queer disco and house scene in San Francisco. There he honed his knowledge and proficiency, at combining old school and new tracks, that would set him out on a worldwide adventure. His journey has led him to Mexico City, where he is currently the head founder of the global and online No Name / Sin Nombre Colectivo, producing multi-dimensional events, and parties, while playing his unique mixes which can last up to 8 hours, for burning man camps such as BAAAHS, T(hair)apy Saloon, Beardhaus and venues around the world.

Over 20 years in collecting records, searching nuggets and touring through clubs all over the world. In betweencity hopping he helped builiding the famous hamburg/reeperbahn dance pub "barbarabar" and was in charge of the style of the sound. 
 As support for Dj Vadim Tour in Israel, support for LTJ Bukeem, Dj Suv, UK Apache, MrThing, MarcHype, DITC ,Artifacts, Jeru the Damaja, Cappadonna,Dj Koze,Stachi,empro,crack t, and manymany more.
Used to build crews like TNS (The North Stars) Drumburg Sharpdressed Men The Hustlehoffs RaythegrandValmotineflash to connect with other minds and increase the output.
In the meantime he was the musical part of the Hamburg/berlin based Soundsystem and backing Dj for Mistah Bomsh which turned out int o the 7head live Band "Toastar" (with cd and 7" release on R-o-T-rec.)
Finally landed in the Arms of creativepartners KaterHolzig who support the all style mixture.

Peza has been a part of the  Nu-Disco and Re-edit scene for some time now, as well as having a very strong affinity with the darker more acidic end of the musical spectrum. Remixes and collaboration credits include artists such as Damon Albarn, Joe Goddard, Greg Wilson, Baba Ali, Dicky Trisco, Black Grape, Mike Smith (Gorillaz/Blur), amongst many others.

Often on his travels to festivals up and down the country, including regular appearances at Festival No6 and Alfresco, Peza has played to crowds in European cities such as Berlin, Tirana and Vienna.

Peza is also an integral part of Greg Wilson's 'Credit To The Edit' collective. Regularly DJ'ing alongside Greg, Derek Kaye and Henry Greenwood.

Expect to hear anything from classic edits, fresh nu-disco, house, electro, acid-house..as long as it has that certain something!
