The Curious Life of Rembrandt and His Forgotten Painter Friend Jan Lievens

SMD V2 is a sequel to the original SMD by Malik Vadheim. It is a post V SOUND experimental piece that samples DJ Trapaholics and cerebral xylophones. The vocals are pitch-shifted to capture an oscillating resonance which locks in the listener for prolonged periods of time. 

The original SMD is a NY themed pop art installation that hurdles through topics like chaos and antisocial personality disorder. it is reminiscent of post 2014 hip hop and touches tones of 2004 rap. There are kitschy moments which compliment and parallel media like the Series of Unfortunate Events on Netflix and Caramel Corn.

[Passages] Art Maniac #38 De Vermeer à Van Gogh, les maîtres hollandais au Bassin des Lumières

Antoine, étudiant à l'Institut Français de la Mode, nous raconte la sonorité du tissu, déchiré jusqu'à la chair à la manière des écorchés de Fragonard.

Toutouïe! ce sont des pastilles sonores qui s’attardent sur quelques-unes des œuvres présentes dans l’exposition.
D’une durée de quelques minutes chacune, elles relatent l’expérience de découverte des œuvres, appréhendées de façon aussi spontanée que sensible par des visiteurs.
Ces pastilles sonores sont réalisées grâce au soutien de la Société des amis du Centre photographique Rouen Normandie.

In augustus iedere week een keuze uit het Springvossen-archief. Deze week een gesprek van Robert van Altena met Erik Hinterding. Als onderwerp van gesprek werd gekozen voor De drie kruisen (1653). Als contrapunt heeft Erik Hinterding De predikende Christus uitgekozen, beter bekend als ‘De Honderdguldenprent’ ( ca. 1646 – ca. 1650).

Dit gesprek werd eerder uitgezonden op 13 mei 2019.

Van 15 februari t/m 10 juni 2019 was in het Rijksmuseum de tentoonstelling 'Alle Rembrandts' te zien. Dit was een overzicht van alle etsen, tekeningen en schilderijen van Rembrandt uit de collectie van het Rijksmuseum. Deze door Erik Hinterding samengestelde tentoonstelling markeerde het 350e sterfjaar van Rembrandt.

Het Rijksmuseum heeft het boek 'Rembrandt x Rijksmuseum' (2019) uitgebracht (ontwerp Irma Boom), waarin alle werken van Rembrandt uit de collectie van het Rijksmuseum zijn opgenomen.
