Pure definition of R&B, in deluxe tracklist symbolizing repeating cycle of romantism from love to hate, to reminding about exes and shit. Kinda went in way like in The Way You Rock Cover where I made higher voices, and I think similar closer will be okay too. Long Time Coming

This song was inspired by one of those rainy late autumn days, when the sky is a heavy blue-grey color, the trees are nearly bare, and the leaves are lying in massive carpets on the sopping wet ground. A perfect day to be curled up in front of a nice warm fire with a blanket and a cup of hot chocolate, coffee, tea or warm apple cider. So grab a mug, relax and curl up with a warm blanket as you join me on this journey of beautiful memories through the old houses of my childhood. May it evoke warm and beautiful memories of the houses of your own childhood.

I remember them like it was yesterday though it's been almost forty years

The houses I remember; some are faded, some are gone
And I think about them mostly when the holidays come on
And though they are not with me now, I can go there anytime
For the houses of my childhood remain so very much alive within my mind

Time Flies Life Dies is a journey into a subject that every human can relate to, that being the passing of time.
We start off with real life cases of time passing, and move on to more philosophical and metaphorical content about what such a thing could mean and what we could learn from this inescapable destiny
complemented by a smooth melodic beat that is over 10 years old, just to add that touch of authenticity.

This remix is my personal tribute to Her’s — the incredible indie duo Stephen Fitzpatrick and Audun Laading, who tragically passed away on March 27, 2019, along with their tour manager Trevor Engelbrektson, in a head-on collision caused by a drunk, wrong-way driver while touring the U.S.

Adding a rich and unexpected dimension to the project, the strings were performed by members of the Crandon Lakes Philharmonic Orchestra, giving the album moments of orchestral depth alongside its grittier tones.

The guest list spans across genres, featuring country pickers, punk rebels, seasoned rockers, and soulful blues musicians. This mix of backgrounds creates a dynamic listening experience, with each track carrying the spirit of collaboration while staying true to the working-class stories and heartfelt grit captured in Bob’s lyrics.

At its heart, this is a testament to the power of music as a shared language—rooted in tradition yet unafraid to cross boundaries, and always grounded in the voice of the people.
