This song is inspired by the Sailor encounter theme from Pokémon Diamond/Pear/Platinum games and Barbara Manatee from Veggietales.
I wanted to make one of those silly, awkward tango sounding songs you hear in a comedic scene in a drama show.  Or a type of song that'd play when Helga is going from angry to swooning over Hey Arnold from a distance.  Hope I nailed it!
