Alfredo Ávila hails from Merida, Mexico, and has more than 30 releases on labels all over the world, including on his very own ‘White Deer Records’. His music is characterised as a hybrid between the retro and the modern with influences of lo-fi, soul, jazz, disco and breakbeat, amongst others. Alfredo Ávila is the first invited artist on Retrofracted Records and marks his presence on the label with a raw, deep, acid house track.
