Her work consists of various types of projects such as musical scores for theatre, virtual reality, video games, art installations and film. In her solo works, Iris explores such variations through sound. She combines electronica with acoustic instruments like the violin, harps, zithers and vocals as well as experimenting with multilayered loops and textures.
