In a quiet mountain village of Japan, there once lived a wandering poet named Haruto. His soul was tender as cherry blossoms and fierce as the autumn wind. He wrote verses on rice paper with such passion that even the spirits would gather to listen. Yet, Haruto longed for something more than words—he yearned to be felt, savored, remembered.

On his final day, as the sun dipped behind Mount Fuji, Haruto whispered a poem into the steam of his tea:

"When flesh is gone and ink has dried,
May my soul in warmth abide.
Let me return in humble bowl,
To spice the world and feed the soul."

The gods, amused and moved, granted his wish.

Years later, in the bustling alleys of Osaka, a humble food stall served a dish that stirred memories in those who ate it. The spicy chicken bowl—fiery, fragrant, yet comforting—had a taste that spoke of rain-soaked journeys, moonlit haikus, and laughter by temple bells.

Locals swore it had a soul.

And they were right.
For in every bite, Haruto’s spirit danced—his passion reborn in chili oil and tender chicken, his poetry now written on the tongues of all who dared to taste eternity in a bowl.

I want to live in a world that's run by Volunteer/Resource-Based/Gift/Sharing economic and Yogic principles, but these principles not yet consistently practiced in tandem with capitalism, has been detrimental to the physical, mental, financial and spiritual health of myself and many others.

I feel the "cerebral" but discordant 440Hz standard frequency of music is a cause of anxiety, nervous system damage, chakra imbalances and overthinking. I advocate for musicians to return to 432Hz, because it's an energetically healing sound frequency.
