My first try at a video game inspired track. Came as a would be boss theme.

I felt the opening gave the immediate vibe and presence that the player is dealing with something sadistic and highly dangerous. 

Corrupted by an unknown entity,
the verses are a reflection of the damage and stress it puts the players through.

However, the ending shows that despite all the enemy's evil, a part of themselves that used to be good is still there. 

Although, they can't undo the harm they've caused but also understand that the player is doing a service  mercifully ending their internal struggle.

Each of the glitches serve as representation of one side trying to overcome the other as reminders that neither one is ever winning.
