Greg previews all of the races on the spring ballot, including two statewide races (DPI Superintendent and State Supreme Court Justice), one proposed amendment to the state constitution, and several uncontested local races (6 judges and 1 school board), before looking at developments in the District 3 alder race.  Finally, a brief preview of March 8 Harambee Neighborhood Improvement District's annual meeting, where elections for board members will be held.
