Sent to San Francisco, California by these ancient celestial beings to begin the dissemination of harmonic pulsations in the year 1990. For years Robert E Thomas III or you can call him by his nickname ROBOTRIIIP has been gathering information on humans interaction with universal oscillations. After reporting back and coming to a conclusion that humans enjoy the universal pulsations, ROBOTRIIIP  was instructed to generate more oscillations by the ancient beings who created him. ROBOTRIIIP  is now on his way to achieve the mission he had been sent to earth for.
