Roll04, all'anagrafe Mario Porcella, è sicuramente uno dei talenti di maggior interesse da tenere sott'occhio per la nuova scuola Electro/Acid-Techno Italiana.
Inizialmente Il giovane pugliese nasce come selector e vinyl pusher, portandolo a selezionare musica in tutte le migliori radio locali e arrivando poi a creare il proprio il canale youtube in cui propone a cadenza frequente le migliori novità e le perle del passato, per Mario infatti la musica non è un gioco ma rappresenta una vera e propria missione attraverso la diffusione del vinile e la sua importanza nel tempo.
La sua passione non si ferma e il suo viaggio elettronico lo porta in Albania con cui riesce finalmente a esibirsi e a presidiare nei migliori festival elettronici locali quali Soundwave Fest e Vitium Tirana per citarne alcuni, la missione vinilica è sempre presente infatti diventa insegnante in un'accademia privata per giovani aspiranti disc jockey che condividono la passione della plastica nera.
Il 2022 è l'anno del debutto discografico: esce infatti la track "Not Intended" su ITNA records e "Animate" su Solemne Records, che lo portano a uscire dai propri schemi di deejay e finalmente lo consolidano come produttore e artista completo.
Nel 2023 finalmente il traguardo di maggior successo: " JUPITER" non è solamente la prima uscita su MATASISM, etichetta dell'omonimo deejay e produttore americano che vanta collaborazioni con Ellen Allien e Bpitch Control, ma rappresenta la definizione del proprio suono che riprende le atmosfere Old School Techno con vere e proprie sfumature Electro/Acid della nuova scuola.
Attualmente è resident a Dubai sempre in cerca di nuove sfide e nuovi obiettivi attraverso la musica elettronica.

In this way I think that i can grow a lot as artist cause I have friends that are more professional than me there and I can learn more skills.

BIO:
Born in Barletta, Italy (1995), Mario P. Dj attended some courses about playing turntables and vinyl music. Thanks to his teacher Ricky Erre Love, he increased his passion for house, electronic, hip hop and techno music. Since 2013 Mario P. Dj performed many private parties and after he moved to Albania, Tirana in which he took part in some
of the most important electronic festivals all around the country. 
He begins to invest his savings to make music and approaches his first vinyl and musical instruments purchases. His favorite styles lead him to play different kind of music (DIZZY TUNES, MORD RECORDS, HARDWAX).
In Tirana he continued to research vinyl music and practice them while is starting new projects on productions with Roland machines.

ROLL04 - Bronx Sector | September 03.2024 / Session #2

Galactica Music presents the third part of its dynamic techno compilation, 'Calesius Vol. 3,' which includes ten tracks, ranging from raw and hypnotic to peak time and hard.

All of the artists on the release have Italian roots, and it includes solo tracks by Blue Taipan, Filip Nikolic, Jacopo Forli, ROLL04, Andrea Moretti, Andrea Scopsi, Arytmia, Mallien, Purple Mash, and F-ZERO (IT).

Divided into thirds, this third instalment is marked by the colour pink, and is the final part of Calesius Vol. 3.

Internationally respected, Galactica Music is a record label linked to the Galactica Festival and club events, which are a pillar of the Italian techno scene. Their parties have played host to DJs ranging from DVS1 to I Hate Models, and many of the artists featured on Calesius Vol. 3 have performed at a Galactica event.

Mallien is the only artist on this compilation making their first-ever release; others, including Blue Taipan, Andrea Scopsi, and F-ZERO (IT), have previously featured on Galactica Music. Individually, the artists on this compilation have contributed to other prestigious record labels such as Riot Recordings, CMND CTRL, Autektone Records, Reload, HEX Recordings, ARTCORE, and DSR Digital.

Showcasing the sound of a Galactica event, this package includes raw techno with hypnotic grooves, peak time techno with undertones of euphoria, and brutal hard techno with industrial sounds.

GALACTICA MUSIC was born with the intention of consolidating the "GALACTICA FESTIVAL" phenomenon, which over the years has become an Itinerant Techno music event of reference on the Italian scene.

Since his first edition, it has seen the greatest international artists of the club culture alternate in consoles and aspires to an ever more progressive expansion, even reaching beyond national borders.

The reference to the Galaxies factor was therefore an obligatory step for the planning of the label, which wants to become a pillar of the electronic scene by bringing together important artists and giving space and opportunities for growth and integration to new talents ranging between electronics, EBM andTechno in all its nuances.

All this has meant that within the project, thought was given to planning the releases in "series of V.A." and in "classic" releases (singles / E.P.//Full E.P., calling the "series" with names characterising invented Galaxies, so as to be able to give a clear direction to a label that wants to have a single common thread but which at the same time wants work on different fronts.

Mario Porcella, aka Roll04, is certainly one of the most interesting talents to keep an eye on for the new Italian Electro/Acid-Techno school.
Initially the young Apulian was born as a selector and vinyl pusher, leading him to select music in all the best local radio stations and then arriving to create his own youtube channel in which he frequently offers the best news and pearls of the past, in fact for Mario music is not a game but represents a real mission through the diffusion of vinyl and its importance over time.

His passion doesn't stop and his electronic journey takes him to Albania with which he finally manages to perform and preside over the best local electronic festivals such as Soundwave Festival and Vitium Festival Tirana to name a few, the vinyl mission is always present in fact he becomes a teacher in a private academy for young aspiring disc jockeys who share the passion of black wax.

2022 is the year of his recording debut: in fact the track "Not Intended" is released on ITNA records and "Animate" on Solemne Records, which lead him to get out of his own deejay schemes and finally consolidate him as a producer and complete artist.

Finally in 2023 the most successful milestone: "JUPITER" is not only the first release on MATASISM, the label of the homonymous deejay and American producer who boasts collaborations with Ellen Allien and Bpitch Control, but represents the definition of its own sound which incorporates the Old School Techno atmospheres with real Electro / Acid nuances of the new school.

His last release is "Camel Everywhere" on Bronx Sector, for all acid lovers.

He is currently resident in Dubai always looking for new challenges and new goals through electronic music.
