That’s the spirit behind the collaboration between Brazilian DJ and producer Rodrigo Ferrari and the legendary American DJ, producer, and vocalist Robert Owens, one of house music’s most iconic voices. Rodrigo Ferrari has been making waves with his sophisticated sound, blending house and deeper electronic music elements, always emphasizing groove, texture, and emotion. His production bridges contemporary vision with a deep respect for the roots of the genre, a perfect complement to Robert Owens’ legacy. Robert Owens is internationally recognized as a central figure in house music since the 1980s, having collaborated with historic names like Frankie Knuckles and Larry Heard. His unmistakable voice, full of emotion and lyricism, helped define the vocal aesthetic of electronic music, turning tracks into timeless anthems.

This artistic meeting comes to life in the single 'Rotation', set to be released by Rodrigo Ferrari on February 27, 2026, featuring the vocals of Robert Owens. The factory stood at the edge of the city like a sleeping iron giant.

Every morning at exactly 4:17 a.m., its smokestacks coughed out a single puff of violet steam. Not gray. Not black. Violet.

Inside, beneath catwalks and swinging lamps, worked Mister Sonus.

No one knew what he actually produced.

The townspeople assumed it was machinery. Or chemicals. Or experimental batteries. After all, the building had once manufactured railway parts decades ago. But when Mister Sonus bought it, he removed the sign, painted every window black, and installed a brass weather vane shaped like an eye.

He never hired employees.

Yet the machines ran.

Andu Simion releases a wicked new EP packed with wiggly deep, techy sounds destined for wonky dancefloors and dark rooms. Recommended.

Benjamin Smalls, better known as Benz, began producing in 2009 in Orlando Florida. From the early days he has always deeply been involved in underground rave culture and while living in Orlando Florida, Benz teamed up with Bryzergold (Popular DJ In Orlando) & (PBRG) to bring a power packed old-school revolution to the people. He joined Savage Society in early 2013, and later signed to Lowr Levls, ArcaneTalent, and Gravedancer. 

In more recent years, he released on NSD’s Black Ops in 2018, had a massive collaboration with YAKZ in 2020, and lately, quite a few k-pop remixes. His own hybrid-style relies on a mix of fractured breakbeats and pitch-shifted vocals. Light, airy, with lots of vocals, but darker, and intense too. Benz is on the cutting-edge of culture and so many genres to us, and I hope you’ll look out for his new releases coming soon, too.
