Tuesday came next  when I go do my groceries
Pick up my wine at the winery at Sobeys
Wednesday will surely follow my tuesday
Then thursday comes rolling around.


Friday’s the day when the work week is ending
Filled with desire for what the weekend brings
When we put on our finest and start pretending
To be someone else till the next week begins
and Sunday comes rolling around.


How can we be sure that tomorrow will come?
How can we ensure a healthier outcome?
The time that we’ve wasted cannot be recovered

“Ze is altijd zo vrolijk, ik heb haar nog nooit slecht gezind gezien.” Die woorden over Mila-Rose raakten me. Niet alleen omdat het iets moois over haar zei, maar omdat het precies weerspiegelt wat we als ouders proberen te doen: haar de ruimte geven om zichzelf te zijn, haar begeleiden met liefde en aandacht, en ondersteunen om haar te laten groeien in een veilige en stabiele omgeving.

Mila-Rose leert niet alleen van wat wij zeggen, ze leert van wie wij zijn en van wat wij doen. Ze voelt onze energie, merkt hoe wij omgaan met onze eigen emoties, onze routine, en hoe wij structuur en grenzen aanbrengen in ons dagelijks leven. Hoe wij omgaan met uitdagingen, met elkaar, en met onszelf - dát neemt zij onbewust over.

Ze ziet niet alleen onze vreugde en verdriet, maar ook hoe wij dagelijks voor henzelf en ons gezin zorgen, hoe we een balans vinden tussen structuur en ruimte voor vrije expressie.

Ouderschap gaat niet alleen over liefde en emoties, maar ook over het creëren van een veilige basis. Het gaat over onszelf goed leren kennen, vertrouwen, en weten wat werkt voor ons en voor haar. Het gaat over het leren van ritmes, routines en het stellen van gezonde grenzen.

Hoe meer wij laten zien dat het goed is om je eigen pad te volgen, om onze dromen te realiseren, maar ook om verantwoordelijkheid en structuur te omarmen en onze waarden en normen, alsook onze eigen behoeftes serieus te nemen, hoe meer ruimte we onze kinderen geven om hetzelfde te doen. 💛

In deze podcast deel ik mijn visie over ouderschap en hoe onze innerlijke wereld, routine, en structuur de basis vormen voor Mila-Rose.

The storytelling displayed here was very enjoyable for me and it was a fun process seeing someone rhyme to another one of my instrumentals, as it usually is when the heart is behind it.

 Spiritual Risings
- Iran has multiple underground facilities as much as 80 meters deep. Require bunker busters. Mideast has underground kingdoms. Bombs don't kill spirits. War of wars coming. A breakout later tonight.
- Prosperity doesn't mix well with the spiritual. Cravings, lusts of the flesh. Measure of faith keeps us. Each day is an opportunity to serve Him truly from the heart. Shouldn't be routine. Don't ever think you deserve better. We deserve death. No one dies early or by mistake. Our journey here is to make a difference. We are empowered. The world calls the Divine evil....
- Many bad accidents this year could have taken out half the planet. We are shielded. Everyone is afraid of losing power. Our grid is vulnerable. We are stuck in old ways. Highly political world.
Isaiah 34- God's indignation is on ALL nations and His fury on ALL armies. All the host of Heaven shall be dissolved. Heavens rolled together as a scroll. (Rev. also) Absolute destruction. Molten material all over. A nation will be destroyed and come back. Humanity will be thinned out. Nations in distress with perplexity means plans failed. One place on Earth will be kept. Darkness will be judged. 
- Burdens could be too heavy if we knew outcomes and can shut you down. Accepting the cross, we admit we deserve death and repent. We turn away when the Lord places understanding in our hearts over the span of our entire lives. If we're alive, we aren't ready to go... We must achieve what we were sent to accomplish. When Jerusalem has peace, the Earth will be delivered. Sobriety speaks to hope, peace, compassion.
-2 kingdoms underground will come up and cause distress everywhere. We have the Messiah; we don't need escape. Stay sober. Anchor is prophecy and the Word. 
-Iran has 2 regimes. The Ayatollah and the kingdom. It oppresses it's people that have spoken out. Chief prince over the area. If toppled, another regime will arise. They murder dissenters.
- Fossils in 4 yrs. with mud and dirt. 2 dragon fossils found in US.
- Power- Industry protects power. Other better ways. A lot for little. Mercury + voltage causes spinning. Internet frees power plans threatening control. 
 - We still await the mark. Every nation against Israel will face His wrath. Only God will take Satan out. We are the direct testimony of Jesus Christ. He will give us a process of healing and understanding. He gives us room to grow. Forced righteousness = slavery. Hmmm, god of force sounds like slavery. 
-Wrath of the world will be on Israel. Prepare for it.

For years, I thought “routine” was the secret to success.
Morning routine. Workout routine. Bedtime routine.

I tracked them, tweaked them, and optimized them. And for a while, they worked.
But somewhere in midlife, those routines started to feel… stale. Restrictive. Like another box to check on an endless list.

My musical history dates back 60 years as I learned classical piano for 3 years, then developed my ear by listening to pop and rock songs on the radio and learning them on piano. It's not till I was 17 that I began playing with others in bands for a few years and performed locally. 
I started composing and singing and recording my songs when I turned 50, my mother was dying, she had been a chorist for 30 years, and i wanted to show her that I could sing a lovely love song before she passed at the age of 80 in 2005. I sang « L’important c’est la rose » de Becaud.
I've composed 130 songs and have 120 on Soundcloud for monetizing and distribution. 
I am semi-retired massage therapist and am making more time to compose and record.
