Lia is a sailor, rower, adventurer with a lifelong passion for ocean travel. In this week’s episode we chat all about what it was like to spend 87 days alone on a record setting row across the Pacific Ocean from San Francisco to Hawaii.

Lia dives into her mindset, what it was like to spend so much time with herself, how she battled self doubt, fear, and anxiousness as she explored the lowest of lows and the highest of highs! Such a unique and epic adventure has given her amazing insights on life, adventure, and the world at large.

All of my tracks on Soundcloud are free to download. 100% of my tracks on Soundcloud are my own original works, I don't do covers, arrangements or remixes.  I mainly write melodies, my pieces usually consist of a lot of melodic content and are melody driven. My music is multi-instrumental, I use many different instruments.. Many of my pieces contain more notes than a Pop song, less notes than a symphony. My pieces are usually multi-instrumental, consisting of a variety of possible instruments. I compose music in many genres: Children's, Jazz, Melodic, Ethnic, Space, Halloween, Classical, Southern/Western, Rock. My music encompasses a lot of variety, it is eclectic. All my pieces have been notated, contact me and send me your email address if you want free PDF's of particular compositions. I have been writing music since I was in Junior High School, I have some songs with lyrics, but most are instrumentals. I was in band in High School and College, and I have been a member in several choirs as well.  

Update: I have recently uploaded virtually all of the compositions I have composed since 1997. I have included playlists as part of my offerings, with compositions from many novel genres.

I am open to collaborations with members of Soundcloud.

I have many pieces that are crafted primarily using the Aeolian scale. Some examples include, "Exotic Emerald", "Starlight Vow", "Bard 2 with Violin", "An Evening in Chatham Bay" and "Sacred Turkish Fountain".

ROW (Roland Berisha) is a 🇦🇱Kosova-Albanian producer and DJ based in Berlin, renowned for his innovative fusion of Afro House with traditional and modern Albanian sounds. His passion for music began in his early teens, producing tracks at just 15 years old.

ROW was part of the popular Kosovar group New Tones, which made waves with hits like "N'Hood" and "Bad Boys." After the group disbanded, ROW embarked on a solo career, diving deeper into electronic music, particularly House, Afro House, Tech House, Progressive House, and Electro Pop. His distinct sound quickly attracted attention in Kosovo and Albania, where he started building a devoted fanbase.

His remix of Massari's "Real Love," which became his most-streamed track on Spotify, marked a turning point for ROW, bringing him international recognition. As the first Albanian Afro House producer, he’s known for seamlessly blending traditional Albanian melodies with Afro House rhythms, captivating listeners in his YouTube sets and singles. One of his notable tracks, "Lumja Toka," gained major exposure after being played daily on the reality show Big Brother VIP Kosova.

ROW’s music is now a staple in clubs across Albania and Kosovo, and although his solo journey is just beginning, he’s already making waves in the global electronic music scene.
