I've been a huge fan of Run the Jewels ever since randomly stumbling across "Blockbuster Night Part 1" roughly a decade ago during a late night YouTube music rabbit hole session. I immediately went and bought both RTJ 1 and RTJ 2. I even love the supremely weird Meow the Jewels.

Their releases have become momentous for me, in the same way a new Radiohead or Björk or Elbow album are. Meaning as soon as the album is announced, I'm frothing at the mouth to get my hands on it. Fingers crossed there's an RTJ 5 in the works. We're due for some new stuff.

El-P and Killer Mike's vocal were taken from Ooh La La off of RTJ 4.

All of the music was written, performed, and recorded by Andrew Marchman.

Industrial & Grime Hip Hop/Rap. Hard drums with powerful energy throughout, using Industrial type sounds and custom Synths. Strong bass with a more Trap inspired beat switch at 1:35, the rest is more boom bap and run the jewels inspired. Nine Inch Nails is also an inspiration for this track. Track composition follows social uprising! The real issue at hand always has and always will be, rich vs poor.
