We are excited to present the first release of 2025 on Melómana Records. The Murcian duo Jeff Mental, composed of Pastore and David MK, returns with a strong presence on the electronic scene with their highly anticipated EP titled TooDiscoo. These musicians, DJs, and producers, who seamlessly blend their roots in punk, rock, and pop with the sophistication of electronic music, have revolutionized the Levantine underground scene thanks to their unique and versatile style. TooDiscoo captures the essence of Jeff Mental with two original tracks that combine elements of funk, soul, and disco, resulting in a vibrant and fresh sound. Their ability to create a broad sonic universe, with Anglo-Saxon influences and a refined electronic base, has established them as an emerging reference in electronic music.

The EP doesn’t come alone but is accompanied by two remixes that take the project to the next level. The first remix, by Chilean producer JGR, renowned for his fresh and sophisticated style, reinterprets the track TooDisco with a more house-oriented approach, adding deep touches and infectious energy, perfect for the dance floor. With a track record of productions that balance the classic and the modern, JGR brings his talent to transform this remix into an anthem essential for any DJ set.

The remix of I’m Done With You, Honey is delivered by Lebollet, the Cordobese artist who infuses the track with his underground and garage style. His reinterpretation retains the soul and disco essence of the original while adding psychedelic layers that give it an unparalleled personality.

Based in London town and with a serious history in everything dance music, you’d be hard pushed to find someone more passionate about electronic sounds than Jake Cusack. With an involvement in the scene lasting over two and half decades, he has built inimitable experience and know-how that he continues to grow and learn from. From the humble days of DJing at the age of 14, to cutting dub plates in the music house on the Holloway Road to play in his evening sets, he has experienced the underground side of dance music and watched it flourish into the huge industry we know and love today.

Specialising in a unique brand of Deep and Tech House, Cusack’s sounds have garnered him support from all corners of the genre’s fan base. Originally from Wales, but living in London for twenty plus years, he moved to become closer to the sounds that he adored, finding himself releases and shows all over the world, connecting with 12inch Thumpers and Fresh DJ Agency he found himself playing at legendary shows such as Sundissentail & God Kitchen, and playing to crowds from Kings Cross to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Influenced by artists such as Tony De Vit and Tall Paul, his releases were unleashed to critical acclaim.
