This track 'broken' has been a study across genres including spoken word, a voice which is an unconventional choice for spoken word and unusual pairings of instruments such as ukulele and electronic instruments such as the Roland TB3. I think that it is important to note that brackets or sections of the track did not quite follow standard practice or periods whilst the scale, key and notes were mostly traditional for western origins. Please enjoy if you listen and the concept is about although the person may be 'broken' there should always be hope.

Troy Smith was born and raise in Cincinnati Oh. His father was a local musician who was inducted in the Cincinnati music hall of fame. He learned a lot from his dad about having good work ethic and determination not to quit on anything he is trying to accomplish.

Troy has been doing music over the last 12 years. Troy has produced for other artists.  Troy has had his music played on Satellite radio and played on You tube Red Tv. Also Troy's music has been played on Amazon Tv for some of their promos.

Troy is a father of twin boys who keep him busy. Currently Troy has his own production company where he produces all of the tracks and is working with different projects needed for Flim and Tv placements. Troy is looking to get his music into Flim and Tv projects. Also he would like to work with other artists to collaborate on songs with.
