Nordestinos is the melding of traditional Brazilian music from the north east of Brazil with the rich, deeply rooted traditions of folk songs and from the north east of England; combining samba reggae with folk songs.

Após lançarem uma série de remixes de hits nacionais e internacionais, nos ritmos da música eletrônica nordestina, a dupla começa 2023 com seu primeiro lançamento autoral. Mantendo o conceito de música digital periférica, o EP “Ijexarme” tem um certo tempero nostálgico, onde a sonoridade de discos de artistas como Luiz Caldas e Prince convivem entre o R&B norte-americano dos anos 80 e o sabor baiano do fricote como se não houvesse diferença.

Mixado por Pi-R (Chambaril, Café Preto), o mini-álbum apresenta cinco faixas, sendo três sons autorais com letra, um instrumental e um remix da faixa instrumental feito por Benke Ferraz, do Boogarins. O EP é o primeiro lançamento do ano do selo virtual HC REC, do Hominis Canidae, e está disponível em todos os streamings.
