Carole House recently joined ACAMS as a Senior Distinguished Fellow. Among Carole’s many prominent and senior roles, she previously served as the White House National Security Council (NSC) special advisor for cybersecurity and critical infrastructure policy.

In the Middle East, U.S. officials traveled to Israel in an attempt to bolster Gaza ceasefire efforts amid reports of clashes between the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Palestinians.

These deaths are not an accidental by-product. The imperialists’ openly-stated aim is to induce hunger and suffering that will trigger social unrest and regime change. According to these results, several times more people are killed by sanctions each year than are killed as direct casualties of war (on average, about 100,000 people per year). What the study did NOT look at were the 40 million deaths resulting from imperialist-imposed hunger in a silent holocaust every year.

US and EU sanctions have killed 38 million people since 1970

OVER the past few months, our team of analysts has been quietly at work, giving our shadow fleet* watchlist a huge revamp.

For those not in the know, the list identifies vessels that fit a specified set of criteria making them likely candidates for the shadow fleets serving Russia, Iran and Venezuela.

As the sanction campaigns from the UK, US and EU intensify, the behaviour and identifying characteristics of these vessels has changed — telltale giveaways in 2023 are not the same in 2025 at all.

With that in mind, we thought we’d bring on our two in-house shadow fleet experts to explain what’s changed and why you should take notice.

USA’s U-turn makes diplomatic peace in Ukraine ever more unlikely

This is one of those mixes that I put a lot of time into, coming back to it multiple times before I got it right. The original track itself is quite unusual, but the two remixes I done up subsequently, including this one, have taken that strangeness to another level. I never tire of listening to the various mixes of this track, and it will likely remain one of my own personal fav's.

Music creates emotions and connections like nothing else, and this track has struck a chord in me for some reason. It's got me hooked. And that's what I love about music.
