Nixon got a pardon.  Oliver North got to host a TV show after Iran Contra.  The people actually responsible for Abu Ghraib were never held accountable. There was no mandatory minimum for the CIA personnel complicit in the sale of crack in Southern California at the peak of the drug war. The guilty go free.  The people doing the most harm, do it with impunity.  And yet...the US has less than 5 percent of the world's population and almost a quarter of the world's prisoners. Justice is not blind.  Jesus does not love you.  He invested heavily in private prisons, then died for nothing.  Either that, or the vast majority of Christians are hypocrites that endorse torture, genocide, mass incarceration, and god knows what else.
