Es ist Samstag, 21.00. Ein nervöser kiv. (@kiv123) betritt die Bühne und leitet ein mit einem Indie-Pop Hit – oho, wir haben einen edgy guy an de Turntables heute. Sicher bringt er noch n Falco Sample oder spielt einen Remix von einem 80er Jahre Rocktrack. 
Korrekt, all das tritt ein. Und natürlich verkackt er auch das Sample, weil das erste Mal auf 4 Decks spielen schon überfordernd sein kann. 

Zum Glück ist es egal, denn die Energie des Sets treibt und treibt und treibt nach vorne, wabert langsam über Acid Klänge in die Richtung Progressive, schmeißt einem Drops wie Schneebälle ins Gesicht und konveniert in einem Finale von Psytrance Sounds.

Und ja, das Sample kommt am Ende nochmal, der Vollständigkeit halber – es soll ja jeder wissen, dass er 2 Stunden Interviews geschaut hat für den witzigsten Einspieler.

I love music since I was 8 years old, being injected by "puzzling music pieces" because of the great track Okay- O.K. 
Since then I knew that music has the power to create different moods and feelings.
Nowadays I am lucky to have the chance to share my passion with the partycrowd during my gigs, which are not only limited on Mashups (f.e Weddings, Birthday Partys, Staff Partys, X-Mas or New Years Eve), aiming generally on the people to have a party to "dance their asses off ":)- or simply to create emotions by feeling different types of music in general. Music is the drug- no doubt! 
 
Starting doing Mash-Ups in 2011 I am always searching for some good stuff combining different styles or songs one could not imagine to fit in a new creation. 
Looking at music originals individually is great, but mash-ups manage to push and kick the new combined songs into really inspiring dimensions. 
For some of my tracks and mixtapes I created fitting Video-Clips to support the musical effect.

Im Jahr 2012 lernten sich Max Bambi und Nika Vogel kennen. Damals war Max als “das ReH”  unter anderem in Göttingen, Pforzheim und Leipzig als DJ unterwegs. Mittlerweile verbindet die beiden mehr als Freundschaft und die Musik.
Nach diversen Auftritten von Max entschloss sich Nika Anfang 2018 das DJ-Handwerk selbst zu erlernen und kurz darauf entstand im September 2018 das Projekt “Bambi & Vogel”. Von dem Zeitpunkt an folgten viele Gigs u.a. in Leipzig, Jena, Erfurt, Göttingen und Kassel, bei denen die beiden das Publikum von sich begeistern konnten.
Ihr musikalisches Spektrum reicht von Bar zu Clubmusik, weshalb sich der Sound von Bambi & Vogel am Besten als eine Mischung von Melodic House & Techno über Melodic Techno bis hin zu Hard Techno beschreiben lässt. Dabei vereinen sich düstere Technobeats mit deepen Melodien, Acid und Industrial Elemente, zu einem schnellen progressiven Sound.

From the very first beat, music has been more than a passion—it's been a way of life. I began DJing at the age of 18, spinning trance records at Le Contre Temps bar in Pau, France. What started as a local gig quickly evolved into something much greater. I became a resident at the iconic BPM Club and launched my own radio show on Paris One, where I curated and hosted a wide range of talent.
Being born nearby german border, my brother was a dj in local radio station playing all trance&house anthems from the 90s, bringing in the very streets of love parades before the 2000.

My sets and shows featured not only the local heroes of the Zona Norte scene, but also international heavyweights such as Cor Fijnman (Black Hole Recordings), Sander Van Doorn, Mark Norman, Marco V, Frank Traxx, and Mauro Picotto. A close friendship with Julius MC led to memorable performances alongside Brian Cross (Armada Ibiza) and club gigs throughout Spain and the UK.
Over time, my style evolved from euphoric trance to deeper, more progressive sounds, heavily inspired by the legendary John Digweed and Sasha. I had the chance to meet and play alongside them at Watersplash in Jersey—an unforgettable milestone.
As BPM Club transitioned into Bindy Club, my love for German electronic music found its stage. Fluent in German, I became a regular guest whenever Berlin’s underground legends came to town, thanks to Théo (official booker for Oscar Mulero). I shared lineups with artists like Sascha Funke (Kompakt, creator of Mango), Kiki (BPitch Control), Karotte, Michael Mayer, and many more. From 2010 to 2013, under the guidance of BPM Club’s Richard Fernandez, I became a key Itzela Resident DJ, performing every weekend for three years. My sets moved crowds of hundreds weekly—and sometimes thousands at regional festivals—cementing my role in the vibrant history of the Zona Norte scene.
In collaboration with Le Café du Parc (Matthieu from Le Pingouin Alternatif), I played for Kitsuné Club Nights and numerous open-air Fête de la Musique events, performing in front of hundreds. It was there I met Bruno (Xinobi), a favorite of mine, André Dalcan & Ludmila (Onirism) and Joachim Pastor, with whom I’ve stayed in touch since.
Though I never pursued music as a full-time profession, the passion never faded. My last live set was in 2014, opening for Sascha Braemer at Le Petit Bain in Paris.
My personal life has always danced to an electronic rhythm. I met my wife—an electronic music lover and longtime fan of Pulp—at Badaboum during a set by Chloé and Jennifer Cardini. In 2017, we were regulars at Concrete and Innervisions nights, vibing to Seth Troxler, Âme, Dixon, Stephan Bodzin, and Papa Sven (Väth), whom we followed around the globe.
2018 was our electronic world tour—Jan Blomqvist in Madrid, Trentemøller in London—and I proposed in New York, in front of the legendary Laurent Garnier.
Today, I still mix weekly at home, breaking my Beatport budget and diving deep into every streaming platform. SoundCloud remains my networking playground. Whenever I visit Berlin from Poland (where my wife’s family lives), you’ll find me on the dancefloor at Ritter Butzke, and in the past, Watergate for their epic closing parties.
I love music. I love people. And while this isn’t about food—just like DJing—I put the same soul into cooking as I do into mixing. Both are about creating moments that connect us.

Known for his unparalleled collection of rare records and signature blends of UK progressive house, deep trance, and Florida-style funky breakbeats, he’s a living historian of underground dance music.

His journey began with humble college parties powered by two CD players, a tape deck, and a two-channel mixer—but the true turning point came in 1995 when he fell in love with vinyl. From there, the sound of crackling grooves and booming basslines became his religion.

    •    Hollywood Bound: In 1998, he moved to Los Angeles and began managing the iconic DMC Records on Melrose Ave. There, surrounded by West Coast legends, he upped his game and refined his technical mastery.
    •    Residencies: Held down the decks at Florentine Gardens and Club Lingerie in Hollywood while rocking underground warehouse parties and pop-up events across L.A.
    •    Style Evolution: While rooted in breakbeat, Cameron Clark evolved his sound to include hypnotic UK progressive house and cinematic deep trance—always staying ahead of the curve.

Jen van Banks nutzte den pandemiebedingten Hausarrest, um ihren Traum vom DJing zu verwirklichen. Mit großem Erfolg: Sie gewann schnell eine wachsende Online-Community und beeindruckte auch etablierte Kollektive wie z.B. den Macher des "Das Kind in dir"-Podcast Daniel alias Müdebär. Dies führte zu aktuell über 90.000 Streams und 700 Followern auf SoundCloud. Live aufgelegt hat Jen unter anderem beim CSD Dresden und gab 2022 ihren ersten Clubgig im Electric Ballroom. Seit 2023 gehört sie zu deren Crew. 

Jen verfügt über eine tiefgründige Wahrnehmung ihrer Umgebung und Mitmenschen. Oft ist sie als stille Beobachterin unterwegs, besitzt aber auch eine lebhafte Seite.
