Charmie and Scallion aren't exactly a fan of each other, but Scallion's certainly a fan of contracts.

What kind of contracts, though? Whatever they want, that's what.

Charmie seems to be trying to warn Frisk about something, though... I wonder what it could be?

As Scallion is... preoccupied by something else, Charmie sees an opportunity to warn Frisk of the dangers ahead. Will they listen?

Do they even have a choice?

Frisk searches through the only basement they know is related to Chara - Toriel's basement, underneath her new home on the surface. There, they find a hidden room.

It takes them into a place they've never seen before. It's just as odd and surreal as those rooftops - they aren't sure if what they're seeing is real or not. They're not sure if Toriel even knows this exists.

Every time they stare into dark spots, they can feel something stare back. They take extra care not to step out of the light.

The deeper they get, the more foliage and plant life they come across - and the more unnerved and watched they feel. The only flowers they find alongside various vines and leaves, however... are buttercups.

Little does Frisk know, Toriel's house was built almost directly on top of the same flower field Chara was buried under. The flowers are still being tenderly taken care of by Toriel.

As Frisk enters the last room in Toriel's magic-tainted secret basement, Scallion and Charmie burst out of the locket. Charmie tries to stop them, but Scallion has already shot into the ground.

They possess Chara's body, reanimating it.

When the barrier shattered, the intense magic split Chara's spirit into two separate bodies. One, Charmie, the cold and almost cynical side of them, while the other, Scallion, embodies their loud and... 'sporadic' side - as well as the vengeful desires and hatred towards humanity.

The barrier also infused magic into the buttercups inside Chara's body, causing them to grow once more and fuse with their corpse, gaining an odd form of hive-mind.

So now, that violent hatred is fused with a half-zombie plant monster, separated from the one thing that can hold them back from releasing it all.

This will not end well.

Magic-infused buttercups and the crooked half-spirit of the first fallen human combine with the aforementioned human's - Chara's - body, reanimating the corpse and finally giving Scallion the opportunity to act on Chara's hatred.

Scallion forces the vines to rip Chara's torn and plant-filled body out of their burial site, revealing their new form in the most terrifying and gruesome way possible.

They have no strings. They are not controlled by an outside force. They are finally, completely, absolutely free.

The only things keeping them from breaking through the door and taking Chara's hatred out on any human in their line of sight are Frisk and Charmie, and Scallion OMEGA is not going down without one hell of a fight.

This fight would use the Switch soul, and you would have to maneuver around an onslaught of attacks similar to Omega Flowey (using the same mechanics as Mad Mew Mew's fight). Charmie would be a support kind of character, offering healing and power buffs. 

Charmie's health bar is equal to Frisk's, and damage is split between the two. You would have to take extra care to keep Charmie 'alive', as they cannot heal or buff themselves, nor use items.
