The HEAL Youth Advisory Council (HEAL YAC) is a group of young people who help shape research about youth health—because research about youth should be done with youth. The YAC works alongside researchers at the Human Environments Analysis Laboratory (HEAL), a research and training centre based at Western University in London, Ontario.

HEAL brings together researchers who study health through a geographic lens, exploring how our surroundings—like neighbourhoods, schools, and broader social environments—shape the health and well-being of children and youth.

The HEAL YAC Podcast is a space for youth voices to lead the conversation. Through open, honest discussions, YAC members share lived experiences, perspectives, and ideas on issues that impact youth health and well-being in Canada. Using a podcast format allows us to reach beyond academia and connect with a wider audience—amplifying youth perspectives and imagining healthier, more inclusive communities together.

I like to think I push the boundaries of what I 'd label my music as, and as such I admire artists who just do their own thing, and try not to silo themselves into a particular genre. Not one to take myself too seriously, here's a place to record my musical journey, for anyone who may find it.
