Dans le cadre de son projet régional de développement des industries culturelles et créatives (ICC) en Indianocéanie, la COI a produit une série de podcasts afin de valoriser le patrimoine culturel immatériel des pays de la région.

Ainsi, la COI a fait appel à des prestataires nationaux pour la production d’une première série de dix (10) podcasts sur des thèmes allant des rituels culturels tels que le Famadihana (Madagascar) ou le Waujo (Union des Comores). Des podcasts porteront également sur les expressions culturelles des régions telles que le Sega (Maurice) ou le Nondje (Mozambique).

Au-delà de ces expressions, les podcasts sont l’occasion de découvrir les origines de notre patrimoine culturel immatériel avec, notamment, l’intervention de 
- chercheurs
- femmes porteuses de traditions
- populations

Les podcasts, seront avant tout, un moyen de se réapproprier nos histoires, nos valeurs et nos identités culturelles et plurielles !
