As artists, it can be especially fruitful to survey the joys and fruitions, sadnesses and setbacks of the recent past, and to consider how they all, in their way, have been marvelous for what they've brought in raw feeling and raw material for our creativity. By attuning to nature's cycles, we connect with our own authentic and resplendent nature.

Over the last 24 hours, I’ve personally experienced a difficult situation, and it has made me reflect deeply on how to handle being left out. I’m currently taking a course, and despite putting myself forward and trying to connect with others, I was left out of a group conversation and activity. In this video I speak openly about what happened, how it impacted me emotionally, and how I initially reacted in the moment.
