Hello there, my (stage) name is holloway Junior, gonna write some info about me as an artist (not in third person though cuz that’s always seemed kinda corny to me for an independent artist to do lol)

I’ve been rapping since the seventh grade, though 99% of my music from all those years ago has been archived, hopefully never to be seen again by the public. My first ever song started with “Catch Me Outside (not ski mask btw)”, which is surprisingly not my worst song, although still not good in the slightest. I kept recording up until the beginning of the eighth grade, which is when I started to do it less and less. I never planned on coming back to recording until my friend made me record a song I wrote, ‘cause she really wanted to hear what the flow sounded like. I had forgotten how much fun it was to record, so I went back to a song I wrote a handful of months prior and decided to record it, and that’s when “Arkham Knight (prod. UNDERGROUNDFXCK)” was born. Ever since then, I’ve been recording and writing a lot more, really working on improving my style in both categories.

I try my best to touch on as many styles of rap as I can, although I’m still very amateur and have a lot of experience left to be had. I’m not the most versatile artist out there, but I think I’ve done a good job at doing multiple different sounds. Sadly, my monotone voice doesn’t change very much throughout them, which is something I’ve been trying to work on as of recently, however it’s really hard for me to project my voice without it sounding terribly forced. 

I like to write about a lot of different things, though my main favourite thing is to write conceptual stories. My first ever story that wasn’t directly inspired by something that happened to me (although still contained elements of things that happened to me) was “woah, girl (prod. ghowste)”, which I still largely believe to be the song I am most proud of. I do tell true stories as well, although I’m not gonna clarify which ones are the true ones to the public, since it would be very fun to watch them scatter around trying to piece together which ones are the true ones (I have no faith that will ever happen).

Ekta’s method is not for those interested in philosophy, psychology, new-age techniques or old ritualistic traditions. It has only one purpose – Attaining a state of No-Mind [mind devoid of craving]. This must be attained by SELF-EXPERIENCE and FOLLOWING ONE’S OWN TRUTH devoid of external influence.
